Boston Pizza

never had a good meal there so decided to try pizza. under cooked cheese barely melted, crust doughy asked for extra sauce and didn't get it. top it off with the worst parking possible behind the restaurant with no back door so you have to walk all the way around in the snow. only reason I went was for birthday but next time I will just give them the money I would have wasted on a bad meal.

Although I've been to many Boston pizzas, this one is by far the best!

I have dined at this restaurant several times and the food is fresh, hot and delicious. The staff are lovely, polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this specific Boston Pizza to everyone I know!

Worst Alfredo I’ve ever eaten. The sauce tasted like cornstarch and water, there was absolutely no cheesey flavour, or any flavour at all to be honest. The pita bread that comes with the spinach and artichoke dip tastes horrible, so salty but also tastes like there was sugar syrup on top. there should never be sugar on top of savoury pita bread. Customer service was just bad. And the portion sizes are so large it’s disgusting.

The food was amazing and service was excellent. Great staff! Would definitely visit here again and recommend to others!

Though the staff are friendly, this location is a mess. Both literally and figuratively. I've been to this place twice, the first time there was trash on the tables and floors but the second time was much cleaner. The waitress came back at least 3 times to inform me they were out of what I had ordered. Then when I finally got some form of sustenance, it was mediocre to say the least. Every other Boston Pizza I've been to has been great. Gave it a second chance, will not be coming back.Edit: Upon looking at other reviews, I'm not alone in thinking this is the worst location in Ontario. Perhaps new management is in order.

Staff was super friendly with my family and I and the food was amazing!

Went here for dinner while in Kingston and it was a great experience. Food was delicious and service was amazing. Polite, kind and extremely fast on service. Definitely have to go back and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Good restaurant when you are looking for something casual. I would say the cleanliness & menu could use a overhaul however you can always find something tasty on the menu and get a nice drink while you're at it.

We went here after watching a movie at the Cineplex theatres across the street. The food was just fantastic. I ordered a burger and side greek salad. The burger was great and the side salad almost seemed like a meal sized salad. The salad had so many good quality ingredients which surprised me as so many chains tend to skimp these days. Anyways, thanks for making our night out so great!

Honestly my favorite place to come and unwind after a hectic day. The food is good and the service is on point. I always come here and I've never been disappointed.

Honestly, one of the greatest experiences I’ve had at a Boston pizza. The servers were friendly and we even got to meet the owner. I felt very at home at this location, I was seriously getting family vibes from this location. Kishan and his family have given me one of my better restaurant experiences!

Great Service, Great Food. With everything going on, I'm glad that I was still able to get my Kick'n Memphis, Tuscan Pizza, and Jambalaya fix through curbside pickup. Now that they've reopened, I'm happy to see that everything is just the way it was. Great Service and Great Food. Thank you to the entire staff at this great location for a wonderful experience during these tough times. 5/5!

I recently came here and ordered my favourite Fiesta Chicken pizza and Spinach and Artichoke dip and both were packed to go. I opened up my food to see that they had made and packed everything with the finest attention to detail, even packing the sauces for my pizza in separate containers so that it doesn’t get soggy. I was really impressed with how quickly I got my food as well. I look forward to coming back here more often!

Our family of six went to dine here this evening. Good was awesome. The staff were exceptional, so very friendly and responsive. We spilled a cup of water and within seconds we had a stack of napkins and a towel on our table! Prices are reasonable.

This has been the best Boston Pizza I have attended to. The staff were great and the food was exceptional! The service was fast paced and everyone working at this location were very friendly and making sure their customers were taken care of! I will definitely be returning back to this location!

I love the service at this Boston Pizza! The management team has put together a great team. I had the Jambalaya Pasta, it was very authentic and rich in flavour. My platter came in on time as well! Can’t wait to go back to this restaurant to enjoy the experience once this pandemic is over!

Food was good in a chain restaurant kind of way, service was a little slow but then it was 10pm. We had the chicken Thai bites, the jambalaya and baked 7 cheese ravioli

Visit here frequently because of their amazing service and food. From being seated quickly to leaving I've always had a great experience. Servers are always quick and friendly as well as the manager. Was missing their food, so glad they opened up for take out!

Not your average BPs, food is great and the service is even better. It's been a breeze to get my food orders during this lockdown. Hopefully it's over soon so I can go enjoy a nice cold pint with some wings at the bar.

Great spot to recover from the hustle and bustle of Gardiners Road. Food is fresh, beer is cold. Sports screens are hot.

Went on a long drive to Kingston and decided to stop at this location for dinner and it was the best decision! The food was amazing and the staff was very efficient, constantly checking up on us to make sure we were satisfied! I would highly recommend this location!

Me and my girlfriend had lunch & dinner here a few times while in kingston visiting family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems along with the manager. We sat on the patio and enjoyed our delicious wine and lunch. The experience from being seated and leaving the restaurant was phenomenal every time. This is definitely a restaurant you must try!

Wife and I came to this spot when we were coming back from Montreal to Toronto and it was amazing! Very well organized and clean place. The staff took care of us right away and food was out in no time. Would highly recommend this location to anyone! Definitely one of the best BPs I have been too!

This is one of the slowest serving Boston Pizza I've been to. We waited for over 15 minutes before the waitress takes our order. We then waited over 40 minutes to get our food. The entire dinner lasted over 2.5 hours. I would not come back here again.

Amazing experience! Food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. All the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond.

Food was excellent. Staff was very courteous and efficient and very knowledgeable. The place was very clean and tidy. And the staff and the environment make you very at home and comfortable and relaxed. We will be going back many more Times.

Have been visiting this location for a few months now and have always had amazing service, everyone is super nice, the food always tastes amazing and I'm always so happy to go back!! Was so sad they were closed for a few weeks. Ordered again last week when they opened up again, and the takeout process was so smooth and the food once again was of course awesome!! Keep up the good work!!

They threw out food out (planned leftovers for next day) when our for a smoke. Then they comp'd the whole thing, and covered desert. Foods always amazing, and anything unfortunate that's happened, they fixed promptly.Just don't use their fund-raiser thing. They rip you right off there. Or, they did in 2011. New ownership though. Anyway, they're also awesome there. Funny.

One of the best Boston Pizzas I've been too! Service was great and the food was amazing. Had a great time with my quite large party, everyone had a solid experience. I look forward to coming back whenever I'm in the area!
